GUIDED™ 7-Week Immersion for Space Holders Welcome to GUIDED™, a 7-week immersion designed for people who support others and want to strengthen the way they lead, listen, communicate, and hold space. This is a practical, grounded training for those who care deeply about the work they do and want to bring more steadiness, clarity, and integrity into every room they step into. Across seven weeks, you’ll learn how to stay centred under pressure, communicate with clarity, navigate emotional intensity, set and hold healthy boundaries, and lead conversations without absorbing the weight of someone else’s experience. You’ll build confidence in your presence, your decision-making, and your ability to guide people through challenge without losing yourself in the process. Each week includes a live 90-minute call, guided practice, and a workbook to help you apply the skills in real time. The immersion is intentionally simple, direct, and human. There’s no performance, no theatrics, and nothing inflated. Just skill, care, and grounded leadership. GUIDED™ is for coaches, mentors, practitioners, teachers, facilitators, creatives, and anyone who holds space for others, whether one-on-one or in groups. It’s for people who want to elevate the quality of their work, deepen trust, communicate honestly, and create environments where people feel safe, supported, and able to grow. You’ll learn how to stay regulated, recognise projection, redirect safely, design strong containers, manage your energetic load, navigate conflict, and close sessions empowering.
