Founded by Laura van Noordenburg, speaker, community builder, and holistic practitioner, Sovereign Energetics offers practical and thoughtful ways for people to understand themselves more deeply and navigate change with greater awareness and resilience.

Drawing on nearly two decades of experience across wellness, entrepreneurship, design, and community work, Laura’s approach bridges nervous system science, emotional intelligence, and energetic awareness.

Her work is shared through The Courage Code™ book series, workshops, speaking engagements, and group experiences, all designed to help people reconnect with themselves, communicate more clearly, and build environments where people can genuinely thrive.

At the centre of this body of work is The Courage Code™, a series of books exploring the patterns that shape our lives and the courage it takes to move through fear, uncertainty, and personal transformation.

Blending nervous system understanding with lived insight, The Courage Code helps readers recognise emotional patterns, rebuild self-trust, and approach life with greater clarity and resilience.

Alongside the books, Laura delivers a range of workshops and group experiences that explore themes such as emotional intelligence, human connection, leadership awareness, and personal resilience.

Workshops including The Science of Calm, The Power of Intent, The Art of Human Connection, and The Energetics of Leadership support people in understanding how stress, communication, and emotional patterns influence the way we live and work together.

Underlying this work is The Sovereign Energetic Intelligence™ Method, a framework that explores the relationship between personal awareness, emotional regulation, and the energy we bring into our environments.

Laura van Noordenburg is a professional speaker, community builder, and holistic entrepreneur with nearly twenty years of experience working across wellness, business, and creative industries.

​

Her career includes roles within Cotton On Group, product development and design work within the wellness sector, and founding Geelong Creatives, a platform supporting local artists and businesses.

​

Alongside her professional work, Laura’s personal journey through trauma, rebuilding life as a mother, and navigating profound personal transformation shaped the deeper purpose behind Sovereign Energetics.

​

Her work today supports people who are moving through similar moments of change, helping them reconnect with their inner strength and move forward with clarity and courage.
