Hi, I'm Laura from Sovereign Energetics™ .
My work grew from years of observing people and walking alongside them through different seasons of life, moments of growth, uncertainty, change, and personal awakening.
Again and again I saw the same thing:
when someone begins to understand themselves more clearly, something shifts. The way they relate to others changes. The way they make decisions changes. Even the environments around them begin to feel different.

Sovereign Energetics was created to support that process of understanding.
​
Through books, workshops, speaking, and shared experiences, this work brings together the ideas and practices that now live within The Courage Code™, the Sovereign Energetic Intelligence™ Method, the Personality Quiz, The Power of Intent workshops, and other experiences designed to help people explore the patterns that shape their lives and strengthen their relationship with themselves and others.

These conversations explore the role our nervous system, emotions, and life experiences play in how we move through the world, and the courage it takes to meet life with honesty, awareness, and responsibility.

People encounter this work in many different ways. Some arrive during periods of personal reflection or growth. Others experience it within communities, events, or workplaces where teams/organisations are seeking more thoughtful ways of communicating, collaborating, and leading together.

Wherever the work appears, the intention remains the same:
helping people reconnect with themselves, understand each other more deeply, and participate in creating environments where people feel respected, supported, and able to grow.

Meet Laura
Laura: Professional Content Speaker, Holistic Entrepreneur, Wellness Practitioner, and Community Builder

I'm Laura, a passionate and driven individual dedicated to empowering others to live happier, healthier lives. With a heart-centered approach, I support individuals, businesses, and communities in Geelong, Surf Coast, Golden Plains Shire, Melbourne Ballarat, Victoria and now Globally.
Growing up surrounded by meditation, yoga, and alternative lifestyles with my Father (whom also had the balance of corporate in the big smoke and homelife balance), I've developed a profound understanding of the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit. My mother's artistic expression and loving guidance instilled in me a deep appreciation for creativity, compassion, and community.

As a proud mother to Indiana and Kobe, and furry companion Stella (with her mesmerizing galaxy eyes!) along with holding space for thousands of people over the years and been through quite the number of tragic/traumatic experiences, I've learned very early on the value of nurturing and supporting others. My experiences have shaped me into an empathetic and approachable individual, dedicated to helping others unlock their true potential.

Before (and during) dedicating myself to holistic entrepreneurship, I worked in corporate visual merchandising at Cotton On's TYPO globally. I worked for Cotton On over 10 years - in store and Head Office combined, As well as re-branding Purple Cow to Own Kind, along with supporting other local businesses to flip and/or rebrand, offering Visual Merchandising/Styling/Marketing/Design/Buyer/Product Development/Regional Management etc the past 16 years. I also founded Geelong Creatives and took on Geelong Illustrators, where I created platforms and bricks-and-mortar store showcasing local artists. Alongside Photoshoot/Weddings/Party Styling and Curating. Collaborations with Westfield, Little Creatures Brewery, Cotton On Body and Geelong Council earned me the Collaboration King award. Supporting charity such as Geelong Mums and the Mens Shed etc.

My purpose is to create spaces where people feel supported to grow, reconnect, and explore new ways of understanding themselves and the world around them.
Through my methods, I share work that continues to support people through moments of personal growth, professional development, and collective evolution.

Meet Kylie
Kylie: Brand Alchemist – Sovereign Energetics™
There are moments in business when someone arrives and you know they are here to build with you, not simply work beside you.
​
This is Kylie.​
Kylie brings a rare blend of intuition and grounded action to Sovereign Energetics™ as our Brand Alchemist. She carries a natural curiosity about people and story, a deep connection to nature, and a genuine devotion to community. The way she shows up in the world is wholehearted, thoughtful, and deeply supportive of the people and spaces she touches. She understands that a brand is far more than content on a screen. It is a living expression of the heart, purpose, and relationships behind it.
Kylie’s path into this work began long before Sovereign Energetics. From a young age she felt deeply intuitive and sensitive to the energy around her. Even as a child, two words stayed with her, healer and teacher. She didn’t always understand what they meant at the time, but that thread has continued to guide her life.
She went on to study nursing, drawn to caring for people and the deeper layers of psychology and community health. Life later shifted during challenges around pregnancy, when she was advised to step away from the physical demands of nursing. That season required deep surrender and eventually led to the arrival of her first miracle baby.

Motherhood opened a new chapter of reflection and expression. What began as personal writing became a fifteen-year journey as a blogger, where Kylie shared vulnerably about motherhood, identity, body image and womanhood. Writing under a pseudonym, she contributed to parenting platforms across Australia and fashion publications overseas while keeping her personal life private.
​
Over time it became clear that another part of her was ready to be seen. From that shift, Soul and Moonlight was born, a space where Kylie stepped fully into the intuitive gifts she had long carried. What began as intuitive readings soon expanded into crystals, live gatherings and a growing community. Over time the work continued to evolve into tarot, reiki, energy work and intuitive guidance.
Alongside this work, Kylie is known throughout Geelong, the Bellarine, the Surf Coast and Melbourne for the way she champions and uplifts local cafés and small businesses. Through her account @coffee_wherever_whenever, she shares and celebrates the places she genuinely loves, shining a light on good coffee, beautiful spaces and the people behind them. Through Simply Loving Homes, she also cares for people’s homes and beloved pets with the same warmth and attentiveness she brings to everything she does. Others know her as a mother, a friend and someone who shows up with consistency, kindness and presence.
I know Kylie as someone who listens deeply, honours vision and brings calm structure to creative ideas. She understands that storytelling carries energy and that the way we share our work in the world should feel aligned with the values behind it.

As Sovereign Energetics™ continues to evolve, Kylie supports the storytelling, content and rhythm of this space. In true community spirit, I also support the beautiful offerings she brings into the world. There is something powerful about women building together in reciprocity, with heart and purpose.
